Refund policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange any part of your purchase for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of your order being shipped. You are also able to email us with any questions or concerns regarding your order.

For a return to be accepted, the tray must be in brand new condition and unused.

To process a return or exchange, email bridgetnm09@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
 

Refunds (if applicable) 

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
